The Role:
Guide the development of fintech, lending, and financial workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insights into lending processes, risk evaluation, and compliance
- Help design CRM and loan management systems
- Validate financial workflows and reporting tools
- Suggest automation for approvals, collections, and customer journeys
- Ensure regulatory alignment
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years in banking, NBFC, or financial services
- Strong understanding of lending lifecycle
